新疆6个贫困县县医院床位配置及利用情况分析

目的 为新疆县级医院制定合理的床位配置标准提供依据.方法 采用随机分层抽样方法,在新疆36个贫困县中随机抽取6个贫困县的6个县医院进行床位资源调查.结果 2005～2011年6个县中,S县县医院的编制床位数增加最多,2005年为145张,2011年达350张;2011年按现行标准每千人口床位5～7张,只有A县达到标准（每千人口床位6张）,其他县均在标准以下.2005～2011年6年间,6个县县医院的床位使用率情况呈现逐年增加趋势,平均增长率在2.15%～13.54%之间,其中A县的平均增长率最快,为13.54%.2011年,6个县县医院的床位工作效率中,Q县、A县、S县呈高效率运行（效率指数〉1）,而其他县呈低效率运行（效率指数〈1）,但6个县平均来看处于高效率运行状态.结论 新疆6个贫困县县医院的床位配置与利用不容乐观,可在此床位范围的基础上,结合当地经济发展水平及人口状况等因素,确定能够满足其医疗需求的适宜规模.

The Analysis of the Situation of the Bed Allocation and Utilization in the County Hospitals of SixImpoverished Counties in Xinjiang

Objective To provide scientific data of formulating the standard of bed configuration for county hospitals in Xin-jiang.Methods The random stratified sampling method was adopted to select 6 impoverished counties and 6 county hospitals from 36 counties to collect the information of the bed.Results From 2005 to 2011,the number of beds of the county hospitals in County S increased the most,from 145 in to 350 in 2011.According to the standard of 5-7 beds per thousand populations,only County A achieved the standard,and others were below the level.The bed utilization rate increased by years,the average increase rate were between 2.15%and 13.54%,and the hospital of County A developed the fastest with the rate of 13.54%.For the utilization efficiency,the County Q,A and S performed high efficiency of bed utilization,while others were low,but the average utilization efficiency was high.Conclusions The beds configuration and utilization of the county hospitals in the sixcounties are not optimistic.The government should formulate the appropriate demands according to the current situation,and also take the economy development and population into consideration.
