硫辛酸胶囊干法制粒工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究硫辛酸胶囊干法制粒的最佳工艺条件。方法考察轧辊压力、轧辊转速和物料传送速度对颗粒得率(20目~60目)的影响,采用L。(3。)正交试验优化于法制粒工艺参数。结果最佳工艺参数为轧辊压力3MPa,轧辊转速4r·min^-1,物料传送速度18r·min^-1。结论硫辛酸胶囊干法制粒工艺的研究为硫辛酸胶囊研究与生产提供技术参考。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the dry granulation technology of alpha lipoic acid capsules. Methods L9 (34) orthogonal text was used to optimize dry granulation technology with wheel speed, wheel rolling pressure and feeding speed as parameters. Results The optimal dry granulation technology was as follow:rolling pressure at 3 MPa, rolling speed at 4 r·min^-1 and powder feeding rate at 18 r ·min^-1. Conclusion This study on the roller compaction technique of alpha lipoic acid capsules provides some technical reference for future research and pro-duction.
