摘    要:目的建立利胆排石片中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法采用GC法,二甲基聚硅氧烷毛细管色谱柱,载气:氮气,检测器:FID。结果回归方程厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别为Y=94.12x+11.28,r=0.9999;Y=135X+18.21,r=0.9999。结果表明,厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别在0.01482—1.482、0.02103~2.103mg·ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系。回收率厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别为99.6%、99.8%,各成分加样回收率均符合要求。结论该方法简便快捷,准确、重复性好,灵敏度高,可用于建立利胆排石片的定量质量标准。

Determination of Magnolol and Honokiol in Lidanpaishi Tablets by GC

Abstract:Objective To establish an assay standard for Lidanpaishi tablets. Methods GC was used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol. Crossbond 100% dimethyl polysiloxane capillary chromatographic column was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID as the detector. Results The linear range was range was 0. 014 82 -1. 482 mg 丶ml-1 for magnolol and 0. 021 03 -2. 103 mg 丶ml-1 for honokiol. The recovery met the re- quirement. Conclusion The GC method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Lidanpaishi tab- lets.
