| 摘 要： | 目的建立利胆排石片中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量测定方法。方法采用GC法，二甲基聚硅氧烷毛细管色谱柱，载气：氮气，检测器：FID。结果回归方程厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别为Y=94．12x＋11．28，r=0．9999；Y=135X＋18．21，r=0．9999。结果表明，厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别在0．01482—1．482、0．02103～2．103mg·ml-1范围内具有良好的线性关系。回收率厚朴酚、和厚朴酚分别为99．6％、99．8％，各成分加样回收率均符合要求。结论该方法简便快捷，准确、重复性好，灵敏度高，可用于建立利胆排石片的定量质量标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an assay standard for Lidanpaishi tablets. Methods GC was used to determine the content of magnolol and honokiol. Crossbond 100% dimethyl polysiloxane capillary chromatographic column was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID as the detector. Results The linear range was range was 0. 014 82 -1. 482 mg 丶ml-1 for magnolol and 0. 021 03 -2. 103 mg 丶ml-1 for honokiol. The recovery met the re- quirement. Conclusion The GC method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of Lidanpaishi tab- lets. |
