摘    要:COPD是一种可以预防和治疗的疾病。多种实验性COPD动物模型对揭示COPD的遗传背景、诱发因素、发病机制及新药的开发提供了良好的研究平台。本文就COPD动物模型的构建及其研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic, progressive, airway disease. In order to recognize mechanism of COPD, various types of COPD animal models have been established. In vivo animal models can help to unravel the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of COPD. This review encompasses how to design experimental animals with COPD that are suitable for the continued research of COPD.
