| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is a chronic, progressive, airway disease. In order to recognize mechanism of COPD, various types of COPD animal models have been established. In vivo animal models can help to unravel the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of COPD. This review encompasses how to design experimental animals with COPD that are suitable for the continued research of COPD. |
