| 摘 要： | 本文报告一叶萩碱治疗脊髓灰质炎后遗症41例(男30例,女11例,平均2.0±0.6yr),有效者32例,有效率78％。23例肌肉注射0.8mg/(kg·d),qd,14d为一个疗程,共3个疗程;18例穴位注射0.6mg/(kg·d),qd,疗程同上。疗效基本相同,但肌肉注射患者痛苦小、方法简单、宜作首选。增加疗程可以提高疗效,以坚持较长疗程治疗为宜。

| Abstract: | From 1983-1988, securinine was given to 41 children (M 30, F 11; age 2.0 0.6 yr) with the sequelae of poliomyelits, among them 32 children were effective, the response rate was 78%. Intramuscular injection 0.8 mg/(kg.d), qd or acupuncture point injection 0.6 mg/(kg.d), qd was applied, 14 d as a course for 3 courses with the same efficacy. Intramuscular injection is preferable as it was easy to apply and caused less pain. It is advisable to have a longer period of treatment. |
