蒲元和胃胶囊在反流性食管炎治疗中的应用效果

目的探讨蒲元和胃胶囊治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月－2014年3月收治的反流性食管炎患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组60例。观察组采用蒲元和胃胶囊进行治疗,对照组采用六味安消胶囊进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗的总有效率。结果两组患者治疗8周后,观察组的临床症状总有效率为98.33%（59/60）,与对照组的86.67%（52/60）相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的胃镜下治疗总有效率为96.67%（58/60）,与对照组的88.33%（53/60）相比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论蒲元和胃胶囊治疗反流性食管炎能取得较为理想的疗效。

The clinical efficacy of puyuanhewei capsule in the treatment of reflux esophagitis

Objective To investigate and analysis the clinical efficacy of puyuanhewei capsule in treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 120 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were chosen as objects, who were treated in hospital from March 2012 to March 2014. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group and control group. The observation group patients were treated with puyuanhewei capsule, while the control group patients were treated with six flavor Anxiao Capsule. The total effective rate were compared between two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical symptoms of observation group was 98.33%（59/60）, and 86.67% was in the control group（52/60） group. The difference was with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%（58/60） under gastroscopy, while the control group was 88.33%（53/60）（P0.05）. Conclusion Puyuanhewei Capsule can achieve good therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis, which is worthy of clinical use.
