妇科全麻诱导前预注地佐辛对舒芬太尼诱发咳嗽反射的影响

目的观察妇科全麻诱导前静脉注射地佐辛对舒芬太尼诱发咳嗽反射的影响。方法择期手术患者120例,随机均分为两组,分别于麻醉诱导前静脉注射地佐辛0.05 mg/kg（用生理盐水稀释至5 mL）（A组）或生理盐水5 mL（B组）,5 min后于5 s内静脉注射舒芬太尼0.3μg/kg,观察1 min,记录咳嗽反射的发生率和强度。记录插管前后SBP、DBP和HR的变化。结果两组插管前后SBP、DBP和HR的比较差异无统计学意义。A组咳嗽反射的发生率、反射强度明显低于B组（8%vs.28%,P〈0.05）。结论预先静脉注射地佐辛0.05 mg/kg可以有效降低妇科全麻诱导舒芬太尼诱发咳嗽反射的发生率。

Effects of intravenous dizocine premedication on sulfentanil-induced cough

Objective To evaluate the effects of intravenous dizocine on sulfentanil-induced cough during the induction of general anesthesia in gynecological.Methods One hundred and twenty ASA I or Ⅱ patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly derided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.Five minutes before sulfentanil bolus（3μg/kg）iv, patients received either dizocine（0.05 mg/kg diluted to 5 mL with normal saline;group A）or normal saline（5 mL;group B）.Two minutes after intravenous injection of sulfentanil bolus,the frequency and intensity of coughing were observed. SBP,DBP,HR were recorded before and after intubation.Results The cough frequency was significantly lower in group A than that in group B（8% vs. 28%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Premedication with intravenous dizocine 0.05 mg/kg may effectively reduce sulfentanil-induced cough during the induction of general anesthesia in gynecological..
