2008-2011年信阳市艾滋病自愿咨询检测分析

目的分析2008-2011年信阳市艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况,为进一步做好艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法对2008-2011年信阳市VCT求询者的人口学状况、高危行为及检测结果进行统计学分析。结果共检测自愿咨询人员21 855人次,HIV抗体阳性检出率为1.17%。有高危行为求询者阳性检出率与无高危行为求询者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有非婚异性性行为者,在不同年度,HIV抗体阳性构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强VCT服务的宣传和培训。特别针对卖淫、嫖娼、男男性行为等高危人群,应结合现已开展的干预活动,通过外展服务发放艾滋病咨询检测卡和宣传手册等方法,进一步促进VCT工作在高危人群的深入开展。

Analysis of HIV voluntary counseling and testing in Xinyang city during 2008-2011

Objective To analyze Voluntary Counsel and Testing Service in xinyang district in 2008-2011, and provide basis for prevention and control measure of AIDS. Methods The demographic and behavioral data of VCT clients were collected and their risk behaviors and results of HIV tests were statistically analyzed. Results The 21855 counseling person-time received the HIV antibody test, the positive detection rate is 1.17 %. The positive rate of counseling people between the high-risk population was higher than that non-high-risk population（P 〈 0.05 ）. Heterosexual sex in differ- ent years, the composition of the HIV antibody was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Strengthen publicity and training of VCT services. Particularly for prostitution, high-risk groups such as MSM, interventions have been car- ried out, should be read in conjunction with HIV testing and counseling cards and brochures issued through outreach services, to further promote the VCT work in the in-depth development of the high-risk groups.
