| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询服务系统是网络环境下图书馆建设的核心内容。分析目前数字参考咨询服务发展趋势和存在的问题,在Web技术的理论基础上提出一种实用性强、功能相对完备的分布式智能数字参考咨询服务系统,并结合Agent理论介绍系统设计与实现方法。
