| 摘 要： | 高校留学生读者在信息需求和图书馆资源利用等方面有自身面临的困难与特点。通过培养馆员服务意识和能力,加强与留学生交流、吸引留学生参与图书馆管理与资源采购工作,加强信息利用技能培训等整体化、系统化的服务措施,可以提高对留学生信息服务水平和信息服务效果。

| Abstract: | Oversea students in colleges and universities have their own difficulties and characteristics in the aspects of information demands and library resources utilization, the paper considers that utilizing the following comprehensive and systematic service countermeasures could improve the level and effects of information services to oversea students, including: cultivating service consciousness and capability of libraries, strengthening communication with oversea students, attracting oversea students participating in library management and resources collecting work, strengthening the training of information utilization techniques, etc. |
