内皮衍生因子与慢性胃溃疡的相关性研究

摘    要:为探讨内皮衍生因子(NO/ET)与慢性胃溃疡形成的关系,采用大鼠醋酸性胃溃疡模型,分别以L-精氨酸(L-Arg)和NG-硝基-L-精氨酸(L-NNA)腹腔内注射,测定溃疡指数,以硝酸还原酶法和放射免疫技术,分别检测血清NO和血浆ET-1含量。结果显示:(1)L-Arg组溃疡指数显著低于模型组和L-NAA组(P<0.01),L-NAA组溃疡指数显著高于模型组(P<0.01)。(2)L-Arg组血清NO含量显著高于模型组及对照组(P<0.01),L-NNA组血清NO含量显著低于以上3组(P<0.01)。(3)L-Arg组血浆ET-1水平显著低于模型组和对照组(P<0.01),L-NNA组血浆ET-1水平显著高于以上各组(P<0.01)。提示内皮衍生因子的失衡可能是慢性胃溃疡形成的重要原因。

Abstract:To investigate the relationship between endothelium-derived factors--nitric oxide (NO) and endothelin (ET) and chronic gastric ulcer, the rat model of gastric ulcer was induced by acetic acid. The index of ulcer (UI) was measured by using a vernier, and the level of serum NO and plasma ET-1 determined by the methods of nitric acid reductase and radioimmunoassay respectively. The results were as follows: (1) UI in L-Arg group was significantly lower than in the model group and L-NNA treated group (P<0.01), While UI in the L-NNA group was obviously higher than in the model group (P<0.01); (2) The level of serum NO in the L-Arg group was dramatically higher than in the model group and control group (P<0.01), while the level of NO in the L-NNA group was lower than in other three groups (P<0.01); (3) The level of plasma ET-1 in the L-Arg group was obviously lower than in the model group and control group (P<0.01), while the level of plasma ET-1 in the L-NNA group was dramatically higher than in other three groups (P<0.01). It was suggested that the uneven level of NO and ET is a key factor in the course of development of chronic gastric ulcer.
