| 摘 要： | 目的:分析新生儿重症监护室(NICU)仪器使用中存在问题并探讨管理对策。方法:加强人员培训,专人管理仪器,加强监督检查,仪器购进中严格把关。结果:有效地减少了护理差错事故的发生,保证患儿的安全,减少仪器的损耗。结论:针对仪器使用中存在的问题,正确的管理是行之有效的对策。
