经阴道和腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术的对照研究

目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道全子宫切除术(TVH)和腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术(LAVH)的临床效果。方法对行全子宫切除术的78例病例进行回顾性分析,其中行TVH 43例(TVH组),行LAVH 35例(LAVH组),比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后镇痛剂使用率、术后病率、住院时间及住院费用。结果2组手术均获成功,2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后镇痛剂使用率、术后病率、住院时间均相似,无统计学差异(P>0.05),住院费用TVH组明显低于LAVH组(P<0.05)。结论TVH和LAVH二者临床效果无差别,但各有独特的优势,可根据手术适应证及患者具体情况慎重选择手术方式。

Transvaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy

ObjectiveTo study the effects of transvaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy for non-prolapsed uterus.MethodsClinical data of 78 cases were analyzed retrospectively.There were forty-three cases underwent TVH(TVH group),and thirty-five cases underwent LAVH(LAVH group).The operation time,hemorrhage,the time of passage of gas by anus,usage of anodyne,complication,length of stay and cost of hospitalization were compared between two groups.Results All cases in two groups had successful effects.There was no statistic difference in the operation time,passage of gas by anus time,usage of anodyne,complication,length of stay between two groups(P>0.05),but the cost of hospitalization in TVH group was less than that in LAVH group(P<0.05).ConclusionTVH and LAVH have similar effects,but they have their own advantage.So it is important to choose modus operandi basing operation indication and the condition of patients.
