2型糖尿病患者血清硒和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与清蛋白尿的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清硒(Se)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)与清蛋白尿的关系。方法分别采用原子吸收分光光度法和ELISA法检测76例伴微量清蛋白尿(A组)和184例伴正常清蛋白尿(B组)的T2DM患者及60例正常体检者(对照组)的血清Se与GSH-Px水平,并进行比较分析。结果与对照组相比,A组和B组的血清硒水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义,均P〈0.01(t=5.660,4.511),而A组与B组间的血清Se水平差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05(t=1.348)。A组患者血清GSH-Px水平明显低于B组和对照组,差异有统计学意义,均P〈0.01(t=6.545,7.040),但B组和对照组间差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05(t=1.755)。尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)水平与血清Se(1=-0.212,P〈0.05)和GSH-Px(γ=-0.163,P〈0.05)呈显著负相关。结论低水平的血Se与GSH-Px与T2DM肾病发生、发展密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between serum selenium(Se)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and albuminuria in type 2 diabetes(T2DM).Methods The atomic absorption spectrophotometry and ELISA methods were employed to measure serum Se and GSH-Px between 76 T2DM patients with microalbuminuria(Group A),184 T2DM patients with normoalbuminuria and 60 healthy controls(control group),and the comparative analyses were performed on all 3 groups.Results As compared with the control group.serum Se levels of beth the group A and B were considerably reduced,shouing significant differences betwee them,both P<0.01(t=5.660,and 4.511 respectively),while no significant difference was noted between the group A and B,P>0.05(t=1.348).The serum GSH-Px level was markedly lowerin the group A than in the group B and control group,with significant differences,beth P<0.01(t=6.545,and 7.040 respectively),while no signficant difference was found between the group B and control group.P>0.05(t=1.755).Urinary ablumin excretion rate(UAER)level was inversely related to the serum Se(Υ=0.-212,P<0.05)and GSH-Px(Υ=-0.163.P<0.05).Conclusion Lower levels of the serum Se and GSH-Px proves to be closely associated with diabetic nephropathy in T2DM.
