各种组织类型的腺性膀胱炎中RasP21蛋白的表达及意义

目的:通过分析RasP21蛋白在各组织类型的腺性膀胱炎(Cystitis glandularis:CG)的表达,提高对CG的认识.方法:采用免疫组织化学两步法,测定腺性膀胱炎组织60例、正常膀胱黏膜10例石蜡切片中的RasP21蛋白的表达.结果:RasP21在 60例各组织类型腺性膀胱炎即:①移行细胞型;②肠上皮型;③前列腺上皮型;④混合型.各型阳性表达率分别为20%(7/35)、42.86%(6/14)、33.33%(2/6)、40%(2/5), 移行细胞型与肠上皮型组比较,肠上皮型阳性表达高(P＜0.05);后两者病例少差异无统计学意义.正常膀胱黏膜组织中RasP21无阳性表达.结论:腺性膀胱炎可能是正常膀胱黏膜发展成膀胱癌的一个中间阶段,RasP21免疫组化阳性的移行细胞型腺性膀胱炎,尤其肠上皮型腺性膀胱炎可能更具有癌变潜能,临床治疗注意随访.

EXPRESSION OF RasP21 IN CYSTITIS GLANDULARIS AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

Objective: To investigate expression of RasP21 in Cystitis glandularis(CG) and to research whether CG is one of pre-malignant lesion and which subtype has much more malignant potential. Methods: Immunohistochemistric method was used to demonstrate the expression of RasP21 in 60 cases of CG and 10 cases with normal bladder tissue. Result: Normal transitional epithelioid cells indicated negative for RasP21. Among the 60 CG cases,17 cases showed positive, and the rate of expression was 28.33%(17/60) . That of the typical subtype and intestinal subtype were 20%(7/35) and 42.86%(6/14) in each,with differential expressions between them(P<0.05).Conclusion: Cystitis glandularis may be a pre-malignant lesion in bladder, especially the intestinal subtype CG. The CG cases with RasP21-positive should need a regular followed-up for early detection of bladder cancer.
