子宫内膜癌组织中PTEN蛋白的表达及其临床意义

目的：探讨PTEN蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌病理特征的关系。方法：应用免疫组化方法检测15例正常子宫内膜、18例子宫内膜癌前病变，60例子宫内膜癌组织中的PTEN蛋白表达。结果：正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜癌前病变和子宫内膜癌组织中PTEN蛋白阳性表达率分别为93．3％、66．7％和40．0％，三者之间有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。子宫内膜癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达缺失率与组织学分级、组织类型和临床分期密切相关（P＜0．05），组织分化程度高、临床分期早、内膜样腺癌组织中PTEN蛋白表达缺失率明显低于组织分化程度低、临床分期晚及其他组织类型癌。结论：PTEN蛋白在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中起重要作用，PTEN蛋白表达与子宫内膜癌的组织学分级、组织类型和临床分期密切相关。

Expression and Clinical Significance of PTEN Protein in Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between PTEN protein expression and the clinico pathological figures in patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the protein expression of PTEN gene in 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissue,18 precancerous lesion tissues and 15 corresponding normal tissues.Results The positive rate of PTEN protein expression was 40.0% in endometrial carcinoma tissues,66.7% in precancerous lesion tissues,and 93.3% in normal tissues.There was significant difference among the three groups( P <0.05).PTEN protein expression deletion rate in endometrial carcinoma was significantly associated with histological grade,type and clincal stage( P <0.05).The PTEN protein expression deletion rate in high grade,early stage and endometroid adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than in low grade,late stage and other types of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion PTEN protein plays a key role in the endometrial carcinoma genesis and development.Expression of PTEN protein is well related to histological grade,type and clinical stage of endometrial carcinoma.
