谷氨酰胺治疗老年腹部手术病人的临床研究

目的 观察注射谷氨酰胺后对老年腹部手术病人的治疗作用。方法 采用谷氨酰胺(Gln)静脉注射的办法治疗 27 例接受腹部中型以上手术的老年病人作为研究组,并与 23 例采用普通肠外营养常规治疗的对照组进行比较。结果 研究组感染率下降,住院时间平均为(12.7±4.1)d,与对照组(15.7±3.8)d比较,差异显著(P < 0.01)。术后第5天研究病人血浆白蛋白浓度开始明显回升(36.32±4.12)g/L,与对照组(32.72±3.13)g/L相比,有显著性差异(P < 0.01)。术后第7 天研究组获得正氮平衡,与对照相比差异显著。研究组术后出现的不适、疲劳感普遍较对照组轻。结论 谷氨酰胺(Gln)能有效地改善术后老年病人的负氮平衡,提高血浆白蛋白浓度,加速病人康复。

Clinical Study of Glutamine on Elderly Patients After Abdominal Surgical Operation

Objective To observe the influence of glutamine (Gln) on elderly patients after abdominal surgical operation. Methods Fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups. One group (27) was supported with Gln and another group (23) was supported only with normal PN as control. Results Infectious rate of Gln group descended and average hospitalization time shortened. Serum albumin levels of Gln group rose obviously on the 5 th postoperative day. Nitrogen balance was positive in Gln group on the 7th postoperative day. The discomfortable and fatigue in Gln group was more light than the PN group . Conclusion Gln could improve nitrogen balance operation and plasma albumin levels in elderly patients after surgical operation.
