卡维地洛对慢性肾功能不全患者保护作用观察

目的：探讨卡维地洛对慢性肾功能不全患者血压及蛋白尿的作用，并对因此而产生的对患者保护作用进行观察。方法：对62例慢性肾功能不全（CRF）患者，随机分为卡维地洛治疗组40例，对照组22例。基础治疗药物相同，对照组不加用卡维地洛。结果：治疗组治疗后收缩压平均下降11.5mmHg，舒张压平均下降8.5mmHg，蛋白尿平均下降25.5％，均较治疗前明显下降。对照组治疗后收缩压下降，舒张压及蛋白尿降低不明显。二组比较有明显差异，治疗组作用优于对照组。结论：卡维地洛对慢性肾功能不全患者血压及蛋白尿均有良好影响。同时，由于其对心血管的良好作用和相对较少的副作用，应该成为保护慢性肾功能不全患者的优选良药之一。

Observation of protective effects of Carvedilol on the chronic renal failure patients

Objective: To explore the effect of Carvedilol on blood pressure and albuminuria of CRF (chronic renal failure) patients, and investigate the consequent protective effects. Methods: Sixty-two patients with CRF were divided into a Carvedilol treatment group (n=40) and a control group (n=22).Both groups had the same basic treatment. Results: After the treatment, the systolic blood pressure was reduced by 11.5mmHg, diastolic blood pressure was reduced by 8.5 mmHg, and albuminuria was reduced by 25.5% on the average respectively in the treatment group.Those of the control group were reduced, but were not significant. Compared with those of the control group, Carvedilol had a positive effect significantly in the treatment group. Conclusion: Carvedilol has a positive effect on blood pressure and albuminuria of CRF patients. Because of its lesser side-effect, it should be choosen as one of the choice drugs for patients with CRF.
