摘    要:1989年某院临床细菌室行各种标本细菌培养10903例次,检获致病菌1935株,检出率为17.75%。其中65.99%为G~-杆菌,21.96%为G~+球菌,12.01%为真菌。G~-杆菌对氨苄青霉素、头孢唑啉、羧苄青霉素、链霉素、氯霉素及复方新诺明的耐药率均在60.0%以上。耐甲氧西林金葡菌占金葡菌的60.0%,主要对万古霉素敏感。本文还对条件致病菌感染或定植率较高的有关因素

Abstract:1935 strains of pathogenic bacteria had been isolated from 10 903 different clinical specimens of the patients admitted to our hospital in 1989. Among them 65.99% were Gram-negative bacilli, 21.9% Gram-positive cocci and other 12.04% were fungi. The rate of resistance to ampicillin, cefazolin, carbeni-cillin, streptomycin, chloromycetin and cofrimoxazole in Gram-negative bacilli was over 60% and there were about 60% staphylococcus aureus resistant to methici-llin. This study indicates that in order to achieve the bsst drug effect and to decrease microbial resistance, it is important to isolate bacteria from clinical specimens and to carry out drug sensitivity test immediately, and then administer antimicrobials rationally.
