胃镜活检组织P53和C-erbB-2同步检测的意义

目的 分析P53和C-erbB-2在胃癌和肠化生组织中表达的差异，以期有助于筛检胃癌高危人群及临床早期诊断。方法 以免疫组化ABC法对15例正常黏膜、16例轻度肠化生、15例中度肠化生、13例重度肠化生和14例胃癌组织进行同步检测。结果 P53和C-erbB-2免疫组化阳性在胃癌组织中分别是8／14(57．1％)和7／14(50％)。胃癌组中P53和C-erbB-2双重表达免疫组化阳性的敏感性是28．6％，特异性是100％；P53和(或)C-erbB-2(合并表达)表达免疫组化阳性的敏感性是84．6％，特异性是88．1％。结论 C-erbB-2特异性高，临床上可用作胃癌肿瘤诊断的标记物。P53和C-erbB02双重表达在胃癌早期诊断中可作为一种辅助手段，合并表达能在临床活检筛检高危人群中起作用。

Simultaneously Examination of P53 and C-erbB-2 in Gastroscopic Stomach Tissues

Purpose To investigate the expression of P53 and C-erbB-2 in gastroscopic Stomach Tissues for redounding to early clinical diagnosis and screening high risk population of gastric carcinomas. Methods We examined simultaneously with immunohistochemical staining ABC in 15 normal mucosa,16 mild,15 moderate,13 severe intestinal metaplasia tissues and 14 gastric carcinoma tissues. Results Immunohistochemical positive specimens of P53 and C-erbB-2 found in gastric carcinoma tissues were 8/14(57. 1 % ) and 7/14(50%) respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of immunohistochemical positive rate with double expression of C-erbB-2 and P53 were 28.6% and 100% , while that of Complex expression(C-erbB-2 and/or P53) were 84.6 % and 88.1% respectively. Conclusions C-erbB-2 can be used as a label in clinical diagnosis for gastric carcinoma because of the high specificity. Double expressin of C-erbB-2 and P53 can be used in early clinical diagnosis. Complex expression can be used to screen high risk population of gastric carcinomas.
