针灸对Ⅰ型变态反应患者外周血嗜碱细胞组胺释放试验(HRBT)的影响

摘    要:本文以~3H一组氨酸掺入的HRBT法,检测针灸组和对照组共46例Ⅰ型变态反应患者的组织胺释放率,藉以探讨针灸抗Ⅰ型变态反应的机理。结果表明:针灸对粉尘螨HRBT释放有较明显抑制,两组治疗后阳性率侧数卡方检验X~2=6.05,P<0.05;蟑螂HRBT释放率在哮喘症中下降较明显,针灸前后自身对照例数卡方检验X~2=6.53,P<0.05;HRBT与HBDT两指标之间的相关分析表明,治疗前后均密切相关。提示针灸作用影响到介质释放过程,对介质释放可能有重新调控作用。

Abstract:In this paper, 46 cases with type I allergic reaction was allocated to acupuncture group and control group to observe the histamine release rate (HRR) of basophils which was determined by 3H-histidine test. The result showed that acupuncture and moxibustion therapy had the effect of obviously inhibiting the HRR of human blood basophil induced by dust mite antigen, showing a significant difference (X~2=6.05, P<0.05) as compared with the control group. The HRR induced by cockroach antigen in the cases with asthma were significantly different before and after acupuncture treatment (X~2=6.53, P<0.05). It is indicated that acupunctute and moxibustion produces an effect on the procesr of transmitter release.
