| 摘 要： | 医生的职业精神是医学科学精神与医学人文精神的统一。这种精神的两个方面，既是相对独立，又是互相关联的。同时，它们又是由医生的职业认识和职业态度、职业情感和职业责任、职业理想和职业意志、职业良心和职业荣誉、职业作风和职业信念构成的，明确上述构成要素，有利于医生职业精神的培育。

Both aspects of professionalism are relatively independent and mutually penetrative as well. Meanwhile, Professionalism in medicine is composed of professional recognition and professional attitude, professional sentiment and professional responsibility, professional ideal and profession will, Professional conscience and professional reputation, Professional working stile and professional belief. An analysis of the above components, for be helpful with the development of professionalism in medicine. |
