| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对宫颈癌术后恢复自主排尿的影响。方法选择2005年1月-2007年12月我科收治宫颈癌患者41例，随机分为实验组21例和对照组20例。实验组在术前评估患者的认知能力、接受新事物的能力及了解患者个体排尿习惯、心理特点的基础上，采用不同体位进行腰部、腹部、阴道、尿道及盆底肌肉的收缩和舒张锻炼等综合护理干预措施；对照组进行常规的术后排尿训练。观察两组术后恢复自主排尿情况。结果对照组B超下测定残余尿量为143．5±8．7ml，发生尿潴留11例，实验组残余尿量为63．7±4．2ml，尿潴留3例，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。对照组留置尿管时间为16．4±1．9天，实验组为13．9±1．5天，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论护理干预措施可有效预防和减少宫颈癌术后尿潴留的发生，缩短术后尿管留置时间。 瘤／护理；排尿
