| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨全身DWI和全身一体化T2WI扫描在恶性淋巴瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对54例疑诊为淋巴瘤的患者进行全身DWI和全身一体化T2WI扫描并进行回顾性研究,对比最后诊断(以病理检查作为判断依据),计算诊断符合率。结果全身DWI和全身一体化T2WI扫描检查结果与最后诊断符合率为85.1%(46/54)。在淋巴瘤病灶检测中敏感性为86.7%(118/136),特异性为95.5%(472/494)。结论全身DWI和全身一体化T2WI扫描较常规MR更能敏感的显示病灶,从而有助于临床诊断与治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the value of whole body DWI and Body integration T2WI scan in the diagnosis of lymphoma.Methods 54 patients with suspected lymphoma underwent whole body DWI and Body integration T2WI scan examination.The results were compared with the final diagnosis(pathological examination as the basis to judge),and computing diagnostic coincidence rate.Results Whole body DWI and Body integration T2WI scan examination results and the final diagnosis were 85.1%(46/54).In the detection,sensitivity of lymphoma lesions was 86.7%(118/136),and specificity was 95.5%(472/494).Conclusion Whole body DWI and Body integration T2WI scan is more sensitive than conventional MR in showing lesions,thus contributing to the clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
