毫米波辐照的间接效应

摘    要:作者用小鼠110只,局部36.7 GHz,波长8mm,功率密度为4 mW/cm~2的毫米波辐照背部。照射 30 min/d,连照 5d。照后一定时间点取9种组织作组织学检查,部分动物照射前后测定了局部皮温及肛温,还有部分动物照前局部皮下作了封闭。结果发现:①所有实验组动物骨髓、睾丸及肝脏均有变化;②局部照射后体温无明显升高;③局部封闭亦未能消除骨髓、睾丸以及肝脏中出现之改变。实验证明毫米波所致的间接效应并非由于体温升高所引起,局部封闭亦未能减少间接效应所出现的变化。

Abstract:One hundred and ten mice were locally underwent millimeter- microwave irradiation (36.7 GHz in frequency, 8 mm in wave length, 4 mW/cm2 in power density), 30 min daily for 5 days. Nine" kinds of tissues of all the animals were taken at certain time after irradiation for histological examination. Rectal and local skin temperature of some animals was taken before and after irradiation. Local skin blockade with novocain was performed on some a animals before irradiation. Some changes were found in the bone marrow, testis and liver of all the mice tested, but no significant elevation of rectal temperature, nor significant influence of local blockade in changes of these tissues. It indicates that the indirect bioeffects of millimeter-microwave irradiation are not due to elevation of body temperature, and local blockade can't influence the tissue changes after radiation.
