摘    要:利用大鼠胚胎中脑细胞作原代微团培养,研究了不同浓度的神经生长因子(2.5S)对中脑细胞分化的影响。结果表明,微团中的集落形成率明显增加,并且显示了剂量—效应关系。神经生长因子(2.5S)能促进中脑细胞的生长。

Abstract:The micromass culture of rat embryo midbrain nerve cells were applied to study the effect ofnerve growth factor 2. 5S (NGF) on the growth and differentiation of relevant cells in vitro. The re-sults showed that the rate of colone formation of neurons treated by NGF was higher than that of con-trol group, and the dose-effect relationship can be confirmed. Therefore, NGF 2. 5S could promotethe growth and differentiation of embryo midbrain neurons in vitro.
