短信健康教育对高血压病患者服药依从性的影响

目的探讨无线通讯短信健康教育是否可以提高高血压病患者服药依从性。方法 260例首诊高血压患者入选,随机分为短信组（接受常规教育和出院后短信健康教育）和对照组（接受常规教育）,分别在出院6个月后及终止教育6个月后评估两组患者服药依从性和血压控制情况。结果出院6个月后短信组平均依从性评分均低于对照组,P〈0.05,依从性佳比例明显高于对照组,P〈0.01,同时,短信组血压控制良好率（63.6%）高于对照组（42.6%）,P〈0.05;终止教育6个月后短信组平均依从性评分仍低于对照组,P〈0.05,短信组血压控制良好率（66.0%）仍高于对照组（45.2%）,P〈0.05。结论短信健康教育可以提高首诊高血压病患者服药依从性和血压控制良好率,这一作用在终止教育后仍持续存在。

Effect of health education via short message service on drug compliance in patient with anti-hypertension therapy

Objective To investigate the effect of health education via short message service on drug compliance in patient with anti-hypertension therapy.Methods Totally 260 patients with anti-hypertension therapy were randomly divided into two groups：lontrol group and experimental group.The patients in control group received routine health education while those in experimental group received health education via short message service.Results The score of drug compliance and level of blood pressure were significantly better in experimental group than those of control group within six months after discharge and after stopping health education（P0.05）.Conclusion Health education via short message service can promote the drug compliance in patient with anti-hypertension therapy.
