2003-2005年我院喹诺酮类抗菌药物应用调查

目的了解本院喹诺酮类抗菌药物的使用情况和用药趋势。方法对我院2003-2005年喹诺酮类药物的应用品种、消耗金额、用药频次(DDDs)、每日治疗费用(DDC)等进行统计和分析。结果药品总金额以2003年最多;口服喹诺酮类药物所占比例逐年降低,注射用喹诺酮类药物所占比例逐年升高。口服左氧氟沙星的DDDs和用药金额逐年下降,注射用左氧氟沙星的DDDs和用药金额3年均排在第1位;加替沙星的应用显著增多,口服和注射用加替沙星的金额和DDDs均逐年增长。结论我院应用的主流氟喹诺酮类药物为左氧氟沙星和加替沙星,并且加替沙星的应用显著增多,值得引起关注。

Analysis of the application of quinolones antibacterial in our hospital from 2003 to 2005

Objective To analyze the application and tendency of quinolones antibacterial in our hospital. Methods The kinds, consumption, dosage frequency and daily drug cost of quinolones application were statistically analyzed and ranked. Results The consumption of 2003 took the first place ; The ratio of oral quinolones decreased, the ratio of quinolones injection increased, and the consumption and DDDs of oral levofloxacin decreased year by year, the consumption and DDDs of injection levofloxacin took the first place in the three years. The application of gatifloxacin increased obviously, the consumption and DDDs of gatifloxacin increased year by year. Conclusion The major medicine of quinolones used in our hospital are levofloxacin and gatifloxacin, the application of gatifloxacin increased obviously, it is necessary to strenghen the macroscopic management in clinical application.
