HELLP综合征的诊断及处理(附6例临床分析)

目的探讨产科并发症HELLP综合征的早期诊断及处理。方法回顾性分析研究6例HELLP综合征患者的诊断及处理。结果本组6例中,3例发生于妊娠高血压病的治疗过程中,2例发生于妊娠合并贫血的治疗过程中,1例从基层医院转入时已确诊。平均孕龄为33.5周。孕妇的严重并发症包括:急性肾衰、严重腹水等。6例均采取剖宫产结束分娩。其中,围产儿死亡1例。结论HELLP综合征,是一种严重的产科并发症。其严重的母婴并发症和高病死率,要求我们对妊娠高血压的患者进行密切观察和及时治疗,一旦确诊为HELLP综合征,应果断采取措施,减少严重并发症的发生,降低孕产妇死亡率。

The Diagnose and Management of HELLP Syndrome

Objective To explore the early diagnose and management of HELLP syndrome. Methods 6 cases of such patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results 3 cases were in the course of gestational hypertension. 2 cases were in the course of pregnancy combined hemophthisis. 1 case has final diagnosis in primary hospital. The average gestational age is 33.5 week. The severe complication is acute renal failure, severe abdominal dropsy, et al. All accouchement were adopt uterine - incision. 1 perinatal death. Conclusion HELLP syndrome is a kind of severe complications in obstetrics. It has sever mother - infant complications and high case fatality rate. We should carry out close observation and treatment promptly to gestational hypertension. Once HELLP syndrome was diagnosed, we should take decisive measure to prevent complication and depress maternal death.
