| 摘 要： | 目的 设计临床护理教学工作手册，对全院教学工作进行标准化、规范化和科学化管理，以提高教学质量及效果。方法 各科室按要求记录教学情况，护理部每季度进行检查、评估及反馈，对临床护理教学手册进行统一管理。结果 经过临床实践，提高了计划性工作的完成率和教学组长的综合能力。结论 临床教学工作手册的应用及管理促进了护理教学工作的规范化、科学化管理，强化了全院教学工作的督导落实，提高了教学组长的综合素质。
