厦门市泌尿生殖道支原体检测与药敏分析

目的调查厦门地区Uu、Mh的感染和药敏情况,指导临床合理用药。方法应用珠海黑马公司提供的支原体培养鉴定试剂盒检测1453例患者。结果1453例患者检出支原体723例(49.76%),其中Uu感染539例(37.10%),Mh48例(8.8%);单Mh感染26例(1.79%);混合感染158例(10.87%)。女性感染677例(50.83%),男性感染46例(38.02%)。感染类型和性别之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。药敏结果:首选为克拉霉素、强力霉素、交沙霉素和美满霉素,其次为司帕沙星和罗红霉素。结论支原体Uu、Mh引发泌尿生殖道感染有逐增趋势,加强监测对防治支原体感染是很有必要的。

Detection and Sensitive Test Analysis of the Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Mycoplasma Homina

Objective To investigate the resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in Xiamenarea,and resonable administreaion of therapeutic drug.Methods The mucoplasma was measured by the reagent kit from the Heima reagent company in Zhuhai.Results Samples from 1453 patients were collected and tested.The positive cases were 723,and the positive rate was 49.76%;The positive cases of Uu sample were 539,and the posittive rate was 37.10%;While Mh and Uu Mh mixed infect,the positive rate was 1.79%and 10.87% respectively.Significant difference was markedness between Uu or Mh and Uu Mh(P<0.05).From the sensitive test,the sensitive drugs were Minocyclinc and Deoxycycline,then Levofloxacin and Spafloxacin.Conclusion The human urogenital system infection caused by Uu and Mh has increased year by year.We must reinforce the laboratory detection.It is important to prevent the development of mucoplasma resistance.
