| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社会心理康复配合药物治疗对精神分裂症患者精抻症状的影响.方法:对60名精神分裂症患者进行病例配对对照的前瞻性研究.试验组30例,服用抗精神病药配合社会心理康复.对照组单纯服用抗精神病药物治疗.两组分别在入组时、治疗3个月后对阳性症状和阴性症状评定量表进行评定.结果:3个月时,试验组在阳性症状和阴性症状评定量表、一般精神病理分量表及思维障碍因子得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论:社会心理康复能更好地改善精神分裂症患者精神症状.
