综合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病85例疗效观察

目的:探讨Maitland手法配合综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将165例患者随机分为治疗组(85例)和对照组(80例).两组均给予牵引和中频脉冲电治疗,治疗组再配合传统推拿及Maitland手法治疗.两组间治疗前后临床评分及其治愈显效率进行比较.结果:两组患者治疗前临床评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后临床评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),综合治疗组治疗后临床评分高于对照组;治疗组总有效率91.25%,对照组52.50%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.0001).结论:综合康复治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效明显,值得临床进一步推广、运用.

Observation on comprehensive treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis in 85 cases
