| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自发性肾破裂病因、发病机制、诊断及治疗.方法:回顾分析本院8例自发性肾破裂的临床资料.结果:手术治疗3例,其中根治性肾切除术2例,单纯肾切除术1例;保守治疗5例.结论:肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤是肾自发性破裂最常见的原因;B超和CT联合检查最具诊断价值;处理方法应根据具体病因选择.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous renal rupture by analyzing its causes and mechanism.Methods:The clinical data in 8 cases of spontaneous renal rupture were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Radical nephrectomy was carried out in 6 cases,simple nephrectomy in 1 and conservative treatment in 5.Conclusion:Renal angiomyolipoma is the most important cause of spontaneous renal rupture.The combination examination of B ultrasound and CT is the most valuable diagnostic procedure,and the... |
