全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在直肠癌手术中的应用

目的:观察全麻复合硬膜外阻滞对直肠癌手术患者血流动力学及血糖的影响.方法:选择ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级行直肠癌根治术的患者40例随机分成两组,全麻复合硬膜外麻醉组(GEA组)和单纯全麻组(GA组),连续监测血压、心率,分别与麻醉前、切皮时、手术2 h,拔管时抽取静脉血测定血糖值.结果:GA组心率、血压较GEA组高(P<0.05),GEA组麻醉前后血糖无明显改变,GA组血糖有明显升高(P<0.05).结论:全麻复合硬膜外麻醉用于直肠癌手术能减小应激反应,对循环影响小,是一种可行的麻醉选择.

Application of combined general-epidural anesthesia in colorectal caner surgery

Objective：To investigate the effects of combined general-epidural anesthesia on circulation and blood glucose（GLU） in the patients with colorectal cancer.Methods：40 cases with ASAⅠ-Ⅱwere randomly divided into 2 groups：group GEA（n=20） receiving combined general-epidural anesthesia and group GA（n=20） receiving general anesthesia.MAP,HR and GLU were monitored and recorded before anesthesia,at performing skin incision,2h during operation and extubation.Results：In group GA,MAP and HR were higher than those in group GEA（P0.05）.MAP and HR were stable in group GEA.GLU was not markedly changed in group GEA and significantly elevated in group GA（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combined general-epidural anesthesia in colorectal cancer surgery can reduce stress reaction with less effect on the circulatory function,which is a good choice of anesthesia.
