| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨护理干预对高原地区肺结核预后的影响.方法:将268例肺结核病人随机分为对照组130例,干预组138例.对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取护理干预(建立干预基础以及采取认知、情绪、行为干预).结果:治疗6个月后:干预组和对照组的有效率分别为98.55%、86.9%(P＜0.01),差异有显著性.结论:护理干预对高原地区肺结核的治疗是有效,对提高病人生活质量具有重要意义.
