| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氨溴索对婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的辅助治疗效果.方法:将我院儿科收治的264例下呼吸道感染的婴幼儿,随机分为两组,治疗组148例用综合治疗加用氨溴索治疗;对照组116例只用综合治疗,观察比较两组的疗效.结果:对照组的总有效率为78.5%;治疗组的总有效率为95.3%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:氨溴索辅助治疗婴幼儿下呼吸道感染可明显提高临床疗效.
