| 摘 要： | 目的:比较血小板计数异常患者的血小板进行手工计数法和血细胞分析仪计数法的结果.方法:利用迈瑞BC-5500血细胞计数仪和普通光镜计数同时测定PLT<100×109/L和PLT>300×109/L的标本,经统计学处理进行比较.结果:在仪器测得的异常血小板值(PLT<100×109/L和PLT>300×109/L)时,用手工法复查所得结果与其比较P>0.05,证明两者差异无显著性.结论:在相同情况下两种方法可以替换使用.

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the counting results of abnormal platelets by blood cell analyzer and manual method.Methods：The samples of PLT100×109/L and PLT300×109/L were counted by BC-5500 blood cell count instrument and ordinary light microscope.The results were compared and analyzed statistically.Results：The results of abnormal platelet count by instrument was rechecked by manual method,which showed no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the same condition,the two methods have no obvious difference and can be used interchangeably. |
