| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRI对神经鞘膜瘤的诊断价值.方法:对13例椎管内神经鞘膜瘤的影像资料进行分析.其中颈段5例,胸段6例,腰段2例.13例术后均行病理检查.结果:所有病例在T2WI上均呈高信号,T1WI上略高信号4例,等信号9例.Gd-DTPA增强明显均匀强化8例,明显不均匀强化5例.有椎弓根骨质压迫局限吸收5例,8例明显均匀强化大体病理呈灰白色,5例明显不均匀强化呈灰黄色,所有病例均有包膜.结论:MRI、CT、X线平片比较:(1)显示肿瘤病变MRl优于CT及X线平片.(2)显示椎弓根局限骨质吸收CT优于MRI.(3)术前评估肿瘤范围,MRI有明显优势.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of MRI on intraspinal neurinoma.Methods:The imageologic data of 13 patients with intraspinal neurinoma were retrospectively analyzed,which including 5 cases in cervical segments,6 cases in thoracic segments and 2 cases in lumbar segments.13 cases received the pathological examination after operation.Results:All patients showed high signal in T2WI and T1WI,slightly higher signal existed in 4 cases and equal signal in 9 cases.Homogeneous enhancement of Gd-DTPA was... |
