综合康复治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效观察

目的:观察综合康复治疗膝关节骨关节炎患者的疗效.方法:选取110例膝关节骨关节炎患者,随机分为对照组50例和治疗组60例,两组均采用超短波加中频脉冲电治疗,治疗组再追加自我康复治疗,自我康复治疗需要长期进行.两组20次为1疗程,1疗程后观察疗效.结果:治疗组与对照组评分:疼痛(治疗组vs对照组P<0.01)、关节肿胀(治疗组vs对照组P<0.01)、关节活动度(治疗组vs对照组P<0.01)、治愈例数(治疗组vs对照组P<0.01)及治疗结束后半年复发率(8.30％vs 24.00％P<0.01),差异均具统计学意义.结论:综合康复治疗膝关节骨关节炎有明显的疗效,自我康复治疗能降低远期复发率.
