| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断和治疗.方法:对我院10年来诊治的15例术后早期炎性肠梗阻病例进行回顾性分析.结果:15例均发生在术后2周内,经保守治疗均痊愈,平均住院时间15 d:结论:对术后早期炎症性肠梗阻要掌握其诊疗要点,早诊断,避免盲目手术,保守治疗可治愈.
