六价铬对作业工人生殖功能影响的调查

目的:探讨六价铬对作业工人的生殖毒性.方法:采用职业流行病学方法,对电镀和皮革行业中六价铬作业81名工人生殖功能进行了调查.结果:作业环境铬浓度平均为0.0135(0.001～0.086)mg/m3;女工月经异常发生率明显增高,以痛经和月经周期异常为主,自然流产率和死产率均高于对照组;男工精浆铬含量高于血液5倍.精子数量减少,精子存活率下降,精浆锌含量明显下降,精浆LDH和LDHx活性及其比率也显著降低,结论:六价铬对男、女作业工人的生殖功能均可产生不良影响,同时也危及胚胎发育.

Effect of hexavalent chromium on reproductive system in exposing workers
