| 摘 要： | 目的:探索农村及城市社区医院院前急救技术的继续教育方法.方法:533名农村及城市社区医院医护人员,采用多种教学方法与考核指标,进行院前急救医疗技术的培训.结果:基层医务人员的构成以初级职称及低学历为主;学习前、后相关理论知晓率及技术操作掌握率增加;学员对教学方法认同率高.结论:采用以麻醉科牵头,多科联合教学的方法,引进新设备仪器,重视实践操作,有助于提高基层医院院前急救水平.
