长期滞留气管支气管异物43例分析

目的探讨长期滞留气管支气管异物的误诊原因和诊疗方法.方法对近10年诊治的43例临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果全部病例均有不同程度的气道阻塞或异物损伤后并发症,误诊原因以主观因素为主;除1例心脏病患者并发心肌梗死外,其余42例经手术为主的综合治疗痊愈.结论长期滞留气管支气管异物有其临床特点.了解这些特点对减少误诊、及时有效治疗、减少并发症有重要意义.

Clinical analysis on 43 cases with foreign bodies retaining in trachea or bronchus for a long-term

Objective To explore the causes of foreign bodies retaining in trachea or bronchus for a long-term and the appropriate procedures of diagnosis and treatment for this kind of lesion. Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 43 cases with long-term retained foreign bodies in trachea or bronchus treated in recent 10 years in our hospital. Results All the cases showed symptoms of obstruction in air passage at various degrees and some kinds of complications resulted from foreign body damaging to the air duct. The main cause responsible for the misdiagnosis of this condition might be the subjective one. In this group of patients, 42 were cured with combined therapy, mainly composed of surgery, except one who was died of exhausted general condition for a long-term and complicated myocardic fraction. Conclusions There are some special clinical features for long-term retaining foreign bodies in trachea and/or bronchus. It is very important to be familiar with these features for reducing the rate of misdiagnosis, taking effective procedures of treating and decreasing the incidence of complications from this lesion.
