| Abstract: | In light of their hospital's practice in adopting new operational ideas and management models for the past three years, the authors expound the content of the new operational ideas, the necessity of applying these new ideas to hospital management, and the four basic principles that must be followed in constructing new management models. They also discuss some key issues involved in the process of the hospital's construction of new management models. |
