临床药师参与2例夫西地酸乳膏用于局部感染耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌患者的治疗分析

目的:为局部感染耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)患者药物治疗提供参考。方法:介绍临床药师参与2例局部感染MRSA患者的诊疗经过,对其治疗方法、效果、原因进行分析。结果:2例患者感染MRSA均为局部感染,无全身症状,不具备全身性使用抗菌药物的条件。临床药师提出药学建议,可局部用夫西地酸乳膏涂抹。使用夫西地酸乳膏3⁵ d后,患者局部症状明显缓解,感染得到有效控制。结论:夫西地酸乳膏对于局部感染MRSA但无全身感染症状的患者疗效确切,尤其对于皮肤软组织感染疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in the Treatment of 2 Cases of MRSA Local Infection with Fusidic Acid Cream

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for MRSA local infection therapy. METHODS： The clinical pharmacists participated in therapy for 2 patients who were locally infected with MRSA. The therapy methods, clinical effect and causes were analyzed respectively. RESULTS： 2 patients, who were locally infected with MRSA, did not have the systemic symptom and the conditions of antibiotics use. The suggestion provided by clinical pharmacists was local use of Fusidic acid cream. After the patients used Fusidic acid cream for 3 to 5 days, local symptom had been relieved significantly and the infection was controlled effectively. CONCLUSIONS： Fusidic acid cream is effective in the treatment of MRSA local infection patients without systemic infection, especially for soft tissue infections. It is worthy of spreading in the clinic.
