| 摘 要： | 目的： 通过口服乙胺碘呋酮（ 胺碘酮） 对房颤转律疗效观察， 以了解胺碘酮转律的临床应用价值。方法：单纯口服胺碘酮，以心房纤颤转为窦性心律为有效指标。结果：本文３０例，２０ 例有效、有效率６６．６％ 。结论：口服胺碘酮对心房纤颤转律疗效确切，副作用小，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the value of clinical application of Aminodarone in conversion of the atrial fibrillation (AF). Method: Aminodarone was given the patients by peros only. The effective standard of the treatment was that AF converted into sinus rhythm.Results:20 cases of them had been converted successfully.The effective rate was 66.6%.Conclusions:The treatment is on effective,lower side effect method.It should be spread in clinic. |
