股神经与闭孔神经肌支的定位观察

目的：为大腿部创伤修复及肌瓣移植提供形态学依据。方法：采用解剖剥离测量方法，对３６具（共７２侧）成人下肢标本的股神经和闭孔神经进行自身比例定位研究。结果：①股神经和闭孔神经发出的各肌支主要以１支型出现率最多；②股神经和闭孔神经发出的各肌支主要集中于大腿的１段和２段；③股神经和闭孔神经发出的各肌支进入各肌的区位，均有倾向于以神经干为轴心近距离分布的规律。结论：确定了股神经和闭孔神经肌支的危险区段和危

LOCALIZATON OF THE MUSCULAR BRANCHES OF THE FENCORAL AND OF TURATOR NERVES

Objective:To provide the anatomical features for repairing the thigh trauma and transplantation of the muscular flap.Methods:A self proportion localization study of the muscular branches of the femoral nerve and the obturator nerve was carried out in 36 adults (72 cases) by dissection.Results:First,the single branch pattern was the most common in the muscular branches of femoral nerve and obturator nerve.Second,the muscular branches of femoral nerve and obturator nerve mainly located in the 1st and 2nd segments of the thigh.Third,the regions where the muscular branches of the femoral nerve and the obturator nerve to into were distributed closely to the nerve trunks.Conclusion:The dangerous regions and segments of the muscular branches of the femoral nerve and the obturator nerve are analysed,and the types of the muscular branches for the transplantation of the muscular flap with neurovascular pedicle are also discussed.
