不同年龄发病的系统性红斑狼疮的临床特点

目的探讨不同年龄发病的系统性红斑狼疮的临床及免疫指标特点。方法回顾性分析108例不同年龄发病（老年发病48例,非老年发病60例）的系统性红斑狼疮的临床及实验室资料。结果非老年发病组抗dsD-NA抗体、Sm抗体、抗SSA、SSB的阳性率,血液系统、肾脏损害发生率显著高于老年发病组（P〈0.05）;老年发病组肌肉及关节受累发生率高于非老年发病组（P均〈0.01）。结论老年发病较非老年发病的SLE患者体内有更弱的自身免疫应答,病情侵袭性更低。

Comparisons of clinical characteristics of systemic lupus erythematosus onset at different ages

Objective To study the difference in clinical characteristics and experiment profiles of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） with a different onset age. Methods： The clinical and laboratory data of 108 SLE patiens were retrospectively analyzed. Results：The prevalence of dsDNA, Sm, SSA, SSB antibodies in the juvenile and youth group was significantly higher than those in the elderly group （P〈0. 05）. The prevalence of blood system and kidney damage in the elderly group was much lower than those in the juvenile and youth group （P〈0. 05）, incidence of muscle and joint involvement rate higher than the juvenile and youth group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The senile SLE have their own feature compared with young and middle-age in clinical manifestation and immunolo- gy examination, SLE patients in elderly onset have the disease less invasive.
