摘    要:目的:探讨我院糖尿病足溃疡处常见病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对2004年~2006年59例糖尿病足感染的创面分泌物进行病原菌培养。结果:59例糖尿病足感染分泌物标本中48例培养出病原体,分离出病原体59株。以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌和变形杆菌为主,也可见真菌感染,药物试验结果提示多重交叉耐药。革兰阳性菌对亚胺培南较为敏感,革兰阴性菌对万古霉素敏感。结论:糖尿病足感染的病原体分布广泛,及时对糖尿病足感染的病原菌及其耐药性分析,可为糖尿病足治疗提供依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the distribution and drug resistence of common pathogens in diabetic foot ulcers to provide a basis for reasonable application of drugs in our hospital. Methods:Excretion specimens from raw surface of diabetic - foot - infected 59 patients during 2004 - 2006 was cultured to do susceptibility test. Results: Among the 59 excretion specimens from diabetic - foot - infected patients 48were cultured out bacteria and disjuncted out 59 strains of pathogenic bacteria. Diabetic - foot - infection was mainly from staphylococcus aureus, bacillus proteus and escherichia coil, and fungous infection was also detected. According to susceptibility test multi - cross drug resistence was found. Gram - negetive bacteria was sensitive to imipenem and gram - positive bacteria to vancomycin. Conclusion:The pathogenic bacteria in diabetic font infection distribute extensively, timely analyse of its distribution and drug resistence may provide evidence for treating diabetic foot.
